1/2 lbs. tomatoes chopped |
| 1/3 cup canned green chilies, chopped

| 1/2 a jalopeno pepper, chopped |
| 1 medium
onion, chopped |
| 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
| 1
large garlic clove, chopped |
| 1/4 lb. tomatilos, skinned and chopped |

cups fresh corn from the cob or 1 (16 oz.) can corn kernels |
| 1
tbsp. crushed oregano |
| fresh chopped parsley |
| 1/2
tsp. cumin (or to taste) |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
| black
pepper |
| good splash of white vinegar |

| All
of the chopped ingredients can be put into a chopper or a blender to chop to a
coarse chop (not too small). Add the remaining ingredients and adjust flavor according
to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes to get flavors to mix. Let cool and serve with
taco chips. Will keep in the refrigerator if it lasts that long! |
